We are progressively making Raffles Suite available free to existing clients of Raffles Corporate Services. Raffles Vault and Raffles Sign are ready for use. Access to other products is being rolled out in stages.
It starts with Raffles Vault.
Raffles Vault is the home for your company documents. As a client of Raffles Corporate Services, you can log in to find your latest Business Profile, resolutions, registers, share certificates and other company records in one place.
You can also pay invoices for Raffles Corporate Services’ services by credit card through Raffles Vault.
Open Raffles Vault ↗One Raffles ID. No passwords to remember.
Your Raffles ID is the email address you have registered with us. Use that same email address to access Raffles Vault, Raffles Sign and the other Raffles Suite products enabled for you.
- Enter your Raffles ID email address on the product’s login page.
- Check your inbox for your one-time password (OTP).
- Enter the OTP within 10 minutes to log in.

Raffles Sign lets you send documents to others for electronic signing.
Raffles HR brings HR, payroll, payslips, reports and leave tracking together.
Raffles Books helps you track your company’s transactions and send invoices to clients.
Raffles Flow helps your team organise and track its tasks.
Raffles Board gives your team a visual way to track work using Kanban boards.
Coming next: Hop On.
In future, directors and shareholders will be able to complete their onboarding online through Hop On Raffles Corporate Services.
